If at any time you are not completely satisfied with your membership, you can cancel it at any time.
- By phone: call 1800 806 167 (Monday to Friday 8 AM - 8 PM and Saturday 9 AM - 4 PM).
- Online: once connected to the site, cancel online in your Profile page.

Customer Services will confirm once your membership has been cancelled. Once it has been cancelled, you can continue to use the service and enjoy its benefits until the end of the current contract period. After the end of the contract period, you will no longer have access to the service.
You can view and update your membership details in Account. If your email or postal address changes, or if your credit or debit card for billing expires, please update your personal details on this page.
Earning cashback is easy with Complete Savings. All you need to do is log in to the Complete Savings website and click through to any of the retailers, offering cashback, and shop as you usually would. The cashback will be tracked automatically, then you have to click on “SEND MY CHEQUE” to get your Cashback. Once you've earned €5 cashback or more, we'll post a cheque to you at your Member Profile address. If you've earned less than this, we'll roll the Cashback over to the next month. You can earn a maximum of €300 cashback each month. Cashback is paid on the net value of purchases, excluding VAT, all other taxes, surcharges and any additional costs such as delivery.
Tracking Tips:
- Always login first and start your shopping by clicking on the retailer's link.
- Make sure to check retailers special terms that your purchase is eligible for cashback.
- Your internet browser and firewall or antivirus software must be enabled for cookie tracking.
- Accept the cookies for your transaction to be tracked.
- Complete your purchase in one single sitting, without browsing other sites or search engines like Google, Bing and other.
- If after checkout you want to make another purchase from the same retailer, return to the Complete Savings website and click on the retailer's link again.
Please note that most of our retailers does not enable us to track the purchase made through their mobile app. The purchases should be made through the merchant's website.
Finally, you can always send us your proof of purchase via email to welcomereward@completesavings.ie be sure to include your subscription details, such as your name, email and customer number.
You can claim your Welcome Reward once. Please make sure that:
- You make a second online purchase at the retailer you joined through, or as otherwise outlined in your membership details.
- If you have made a second purchase on the same date, forward us by email both complete order confirmations.
- Your membership is active when you make the second purchase.

- You send us the purchase or booking confirmation receipt within 90 days of joining us.
You can claim a Monthly Bonus every calendar month. Please make sure that:
- You make an online purchase at the retailer you joined through, or as otherwise outlined in your membership details.

- You send us the purchase or booking confirmation receipt within 30 days of making the purchase/booking.
- You did not claim your Welcome Reward with the same purchase.
- Your purchase is made for personal use only.
Your cashback will be tracked automatically, and you will be able to claim your payment via cheque once you reach €5 cashback or more. If you have earned less than this, we will roll the cashback over to the next month.
However, if your transaction does not appear on your Earnings page after 5 days, please fill out the Transaction Claim form. Please make sure that:
- Your membership is active when you make the purchase.

- Purchases must be claimed within 90 days.
An eGift is an electronic Gift Card delivered to your email inbox, loaded with the value you selected, it's perfect for online or in-store shopping.
To purchase a Gift Card or eGift
- Simply log in to your Complete Savings account.
- Select GIFT CARDS in the main menu to explore available Gift Cards and eGifts offers.
- Click on the "SEE OFFER" button of the specific Gift Card or eGift you're interested in.
- Click on the "SHOP NOW" button to make your purchase and enjoy immediate savings of up to 20%.
Processing for Gift Cards takes approximately 2-5 business days. Your order will then be posted within 1-3 business days. During busy times, like Christmas, please allow 5 business days for delivery. Allow an additional 2 business days for activation.
We offer different delivery options, so please refer to the checkout page for more information regarding the delivery option of your choice.
If you wish to send a Gift Card directly to another address, you may specify the name/address at Checkout.
For eGifts:
The eGifts will be delivered directly to your email inbox, loaded with the selected value and ready for online or in-store use.
If you wish you can also send an eGift directly to another email address. Your recipient can redeem their eGift for purchases online or in-store.
Please make sure your details are correct. If you have not registered your address and details, we will not be able to send your cheque and your Cashback will accumulate in your Amount Available on the Earnings page.
If the Amount Available is less than €5, you will not be able to request the total amount of your Earnings by cheque.
If you made a purchase more than 5 days ago and your purchase does not automatically appear in your Amount Available on the Earnings page, simply complete the Claim Missing Purchases request.
